Susquehanna International Group compensation expectation
Finished the interview a week ago, and got the oral offer. Recruiter is asking for my compensation expectation, how much should I expect? I've heard compensation varies by team. I said my current tc is 240k, he said need to find other team to give that much, the team I interviewed can't offer that much. And the recruiter can't tell me the title of the position, he just said engineering team is flat in SIG, so yoe is important than title, is it true? tc: 240k yoe: 7.5 years #compenstation #SIG
Sig structure is quite flat. No major hierarchy plenty of really smart people. I’ve found levels.fyi to be incorrect and only really good for more tech/ product companies. I would share my current comp with the expectation that I want a solid increase.

Still in the team matching process, haven't heard any numbers so far. Can you DM/reply the expected salary range for 7-8 yoe?

I have not found my SIG interview experiences fruitful compared to other hedge funds I've had offers at. Mid range pay (but it's PA, so you'll save money!). Above average non compete for similar roles. My experience is for front office HFT quant dev. They're expanding their NYC offices now for certain roles I hear, still told by recruiter I'd get a 1.5y non compete

afaik only front office and quants May match ur tc.. other teams I highly doubt it esp in PA. Why do u want to move from Microsoft to SIG? Be ware of exit opportunities for the role..not all roles can lead to higher quality hft shops
I’m actually in the exact same boat. 240K TC last year. Not sure if they can even match it. Let me know what ends up happening.
