Hi Everyone, I got a Staff Business Data Analyst offer from Intuit for their Atlanta location. Below are the details. Please tell me if there is any scope for negotiation in any of the components. RSUs are generous if that’s a 1 year vesting

Base could be higher ~ 160k RSUs ~ 150-160k Note: We have refreshers every year for rating meets expectations + so TC will grow for next 4 years. 401k match is one of the best in the industry ( 125% match) so add extra 10k to TC

There’s a lot of direction from leadership to carry out silent ‘performance based terminations’ to meet quotas. Avoid Intuit

Good luck if you decide to take it. Toxic environment and everyone just trying to save themselves with the silent layoffs. All the good talent has already left/leaving this year anyway
I would avoid the Atlanta office. If you are hybrid, you are at risk to layoff or won't be receiving bonus. You will have priority for pip.
