I'm not interested in the stock market at this time, but also don't want to be sitting on so much cash. What are some good alternatives? I'm fine with long term investments if the returns are good. Is Fundrise and similar platforms a good option? #personalfinance #investments

If you aren’t interested in the stock market, you should look at ETFs that track other things, like maybe a real estate REIT with a low expense ratio. Next best option would be to put it directly into a real estate investment, but that is a huge time sink, hard in HCOL areas ($100k won’t be enough), and ties up the money for a long time.
I'm under the assumption that ETF performance is highly correlated to stock market performance. Is this right or wrong assumption? I'm looking for something that is as uncorrelated as possible; which is why Fundrise seemed interesting
Why is it a huge time sink? Not hard in HCOL areas if you know what youre doing. And you can get money out very easily if you know what youre doing and wanted to
Rental property might not be a bad way to go depending on where you live and real estate prices
Buy some rentals in midwest or Texas which generates some recurring cashflow.

If it's just monitoring individual stocks that turns you off (which I totally understand), index ETFs like VTSAX that track the total market or the S&P 500 are a low effort & stress (and historically, highly effective) way to go. Set it and forget it. Check out The Simple Path to Wealth by J.L. Collins and anything else from him on the interwebs.
It's not individual stocks, it's the entire stock market that I want to stay away from
