Amazon return at Kohl’s without item’s original packaging?
I bought a lamp and recycled all the packaging. Can I still return it? Amazon provides a free returns option at Kohl’s, and the instructions say I don’t need a box. But I don’t know if this means just the shipping box (Amazon packaging), or if it means I don’t need the manufacturer’s retail packaging, either.
No packaging required, Kohl’s will package it and send it back to Amazon
