Y’all have to admit, WITCH ILP are 🔥

Say what you want about WITCH (Wipro Infosys TCS Cognizant HCL) but their ILP programs are 🔥 (first 6-8 weeks at WITCH are great, then it’s downhill from there) My experience: - joined TCS 4 years ago - was flown to Ohio for 6 weeks “training” - stayed in a nice hotel with other new grads - partied just like in college - free food - met so many people who are working across the country now at different companies (we all pretty much left TCS) - had some coworkers also flown to India for 2 months being paid US money) Too bad COVID hit though, I have no idea how ILP is being done now.
