TikTok / ByteDance Singapore 2-2 and 3-1 ranges

I am about to get an offer from TikTok SG either as a 2-2 or 3-1 Software Engineer. Anyone knows the range for these two levels? Especially the upper bound of 2-2 and lower bound of 3-1? There’s a lot of datapoints for US TikTok but not much for SG TikTok. Current TC: 220k SGD 6 to 10 YoE #singapore

2-2 240 to 270k sgd exclusing rsus including target bonus 3-1 300 to 360 60 to 90 hours a week

Might as well be working two jobs given those hours. Will probably come out with a higher TC
