Annual Review expectation

i will soon be joining Cadence Design Systems in an RnD position, have a question regarding annual review expectations. Offer letter says there is 10% employee performance bonus. what about stocks/ RSUs?

Lol don't expect RSU refreshes. In the 1st year but they are generally never mentioned in the offer letter. Did you get them with the offer though?

15k for lead engineer (4-8yrs experience) annually vesting in 3 years .. like I said quite less .Apple is good in refresh 50%of your base salary is norm
