Recently I feel so depressed in my life and unable to do anything. As I have lost most of my liquid assets. I feel like I am a loser. Most of it is stock depreciation and 90k I lost from my coinbase wallet (phishing attack). How you guys deal with losses? I am glad I still have my house. Tc - 270k
What did you lose in? Options?

Bro, chillax, even warren Buffett has lost tens of billions from selling out of airline stock at the bottom of COVID. Learn your lesson and move on to make more money
What did you bet on? If it’s some stock(eg pltr, sofi etc) , may be holding it can get your price back
It takes a lot of skill to lose that much money. You literally just put it in sp500 and you will make money. Can you tell me ur investing strategy so I can do the opposite?
Sucks. Have it be a lesson. The amount of people who like to gamble instead of invest blows my mind.
It’s been a rite of passage for all my young (usually male) friends. It’s fine. I have lost plenty. People usually don’t gamble with more than 50% of their net worth though.
investing heavily in index funds starts showing results after 3-4 years. Everyone going through these various get rich quick schemes is getting burned.
Relax. It’s hard to deal with this but you have to learn the lesson and move forward. You have good TC you will be okay. Just invest it all in index funds moving forward. Buy VOO and just leave it. For god sakes don’t try to “win it back” by doing even more risky stock gambling.
+1 you have enough capital to recover but balance out the risk and play the safer bets. If things do go down more, majority of the lower caps are at risk. If you do play stocks, play the medium, mega. Or just put into index.

Are you actively trading or investing? If it's the latter, it's alright since over the long term horizon you should be fine.
Market will crumble evens further in my opinion
