Compensation at Nomura Investment Banking Analyst - London vs New York (1st year after after undergrad)
Hi, I would like to understand the difference in compensation between NY and London teams for a first year IB analyst. Please note this is for a pre- MBA role. Please share light on base salary and approximate bonus. And...if possible the approximate yearly increments from 1st year analyst to 2nd and 3rd year associate would also help! Also any inputs on how Nomura's salary holds as compared to the bulge bracket investment banks #sellside #ib #interview #tc

Check WSO. UK 1st analysts make £60k and in the US $95 (I believe). Bonus we find out in May but Archegos scandal doesn’t impact IB PnL. You literally explained the progression - 2 years to associate and then associate 0 to associate 3. Comp is on par / below biggest banks like JPM but above other MMs
