Home Depot Software Engineer Referral

Hello. I really want to work at the Home Depot I enjoy shopping there and doing my own home improvements. I’ve got 2.5 years of software engineering experience (full-stack but mainly backend is my focus). I’ve applied to 3 positions these past 2 months and have not seen my application move at all (not even a rejection). Could anyone give me some advice or a referral? I know I have the skills and passion to excel at the Home Depot. I just need help getting my foot in the door. I’ve reached out to countless recruiters on LinkedIn already, and still, no response.
