Anyone have insight into the culture at 23andMe? I am insanely passionate about the company's mission (I've battled a genetic disease my entire life, so their goal to advance genomics makes my heart sing), but I have no idea what their company is like on the inside. Any insight into pay, promotion opportunities, WLB? Are women engineers treated like normal people, and not tokens? Looking at their cybersecurity team specifically, but insight into other teams is also greatly appreciated! TC: 75k YoE: 1.5

Do you mind expanding on this comment? Would love any insight into the stability/status of the company.
I may be wrong, but according to me the company needs to innovate and scale up quickly to bring products to support revenue growth. Also, since it fall under highly regulated domain (FDA) the ramp up could be slow. But, if you are getting a significant compensation raise you should definitely go for it.
