Hello, YOE ~5 yrs TC- .18 LPA (Basic+variable) I'm exploring options to jump start my career and checking opportunities from foreign countries. My initial considerations were, london, canada (US is not in list, as I don't have a workaround to get visa). One of my well wisher advised that it is hard to manage family with single salary in London, where as now India is paying well where I can avail all the benefits of native country as well. Looking forward for suggestions from you experts as well. Currently holding Indian offer for 25 basic and scheduled interview with Walmart, amazon. If you think, I should interview with some company next, please suggest. Applying for SDE 2, senior software engineer roles.
If not US then work hard and you can save more in India.
For more savings, move to US. Savings in London and Canada will be lower than India.
How come? Is it because of lower salaries or tax or COL It would be great if anyone can explain this properly!
Combination of all 3 factors. Fewer opportunities, Slightly higher salary than India, but, not enough to compensate for tax and COL in Canada and London.
Apply and get an offer first, then decide.
