Saw some ppl from ticketmaster on Blind! What’s it like over there? How’s pay? How’s life?
Pay is under market rate. Sucky benefits. Not the best time to be here 🙂 consider yourself saved.
Pay is low but sometimes we forget we get paid more then axs and SeatGeek . We are all under paid based on the millions the industry bings the companies
Our office is moving so my commute will be 20 min less. Pay is low overall.

Depends on your team. Some teams are great. Others not so much. Good talent is leaving. SLT needs to do something to stay competitive for retaining / attracting talent

Move to NY and work for SeatGeek. We are eating TMs lunch everyday. Better pay, cooler start up vibe, and you don't have the TM stigma
Pay is mainly base. Bonuses are small and there is no equity. So depending on your location, you may get a pretty good base, but it is low compared to the tech giants. Morale is split since there is a lot of leadership change going on.
Solid base pay. That’s it.
Depends on the field. About 40k base for entry positions.
