I recently got job offer from Thoughtworks. There is a component other benefits of 1.5L. I think it is mainly a Sodexo. How is this being paid out? I think Sodexo is optional. What if I don't use the Sodexo amount? What will happen to unused amount? If I don't opt for Sodexo then will 1.5L be given as part of salary? 1.5L would include the following Sodexo: Meal Allowance - 30000 Telecom & Internet - 36000 Rewards - 5000 L&D - 18000 Health & Wellness - 11000 Total 1L Rest of the 50k goes into Insurance, Team allowance (10k), etc
Also, Sodexo is not optional
Unused Meal wallet and reimbursement wallet would be carried forward for 3 years. Telecom, Rewards, L&D, H&W would be taxed as per your slab and credited in March

Sodexo can only be 2200pm max.. It will be other things like gratuity, insurance, transport, perks, might include pf
They are saying gym + meal + internet expense etc. is also covered with this. PF is separate.
Yup...they must be providing meal at office...but sodexo will be max what i said..max 26400 a year
