jump ships from BB to PDT?
pdt wants to interview me for their tech org. they claim to have some role for me which is research and swe although this is not quant reaearch. should i consider interviewing with them or bloomberg tech stack, learnings and com would go long way? what about job security and safety? #bloomberg #pdtpartners#interview #finance

At BB 210k year 1, 170k later unless get a raise
I am expected PDT would give 270-300k easy though more bonus less base so little less stable. Also as an international it is tricky with no office outside us unlike BB
