for internship. also why?
Depends on where you'd want to work fulltime. Both will give you the same interview opportunities in general if neither are your top choices. Citadel will pay more new grad. Jumphas higher earning potential if you're very good, but slightly lower if you're average. Citadel worse wlb and culture, higher variance in projects/managers, slightly behind in latency tech. Source: worked at both. Also, are you QR or SWE. Swe i would definitely recommend jump. QR I would lean maybe citadel, tho I've heard mixed opinions here. I could definitely go way more in depth in dm. Congrats either way man!!
How's wlb ?
Very good imo
I heard pretty good things from my friend interning at jump. Its mix of education, training, and working in a team. But return offer seems not that competitive comparing with jane street, hrt, etc.
Ya, you can negotiate it quite a bit, but it won't go above 300 for sure. However, Their numbers include a minimum bonus rather than a guaranteed, and it's quite perf based
But first year for new grad is rotation right, is it likely the bonus will be much higher than the minimum?
