thoughtWorks vs Publicis Sapient

I have job offers from Thoughtworks and Publicis Sapient. TW package is around 2 lakhs lesser than the PS and TW is hybrid role (3 days wfo) wherein I have to shift to Chennai whereas PS is wfh. Which one is better for career growth and learning
