Work culture is of typical service company. Nothing interesting and quiet boring. Learning wise not much to learn as if coming at 10-12+ experience role..you will be guiding the junior team and handling client calls at odd hour depending upon where client is located. They have lot of projects coming but quality of facilities like food and laptop etc are not up to the mark and very basic. They have become more billing oriented since private equity has bought them out. So if you are not billable and earnings at higher end be ready to under fear of getting fired if situation remains the same for next 1 year. US On-site opportunities are good depending upon which project you land up and how much you can butter your manager. Managers are technically weak ppl I have seen in this organisation and their job is of postman to deliver your messages to client/higher management and vice-versa.
