I got an offer from Magic Leap for Principal Mechanical Engineer in Florida as below: 137500 base 1500 Options Do you think it's a fair offer ?
Woah! Regardless of the fairness of the offer, with 138k you can live like a king in FL.
Their tech kind sucks.. I guess they walked back from something really interesting, since it was too difficult, and now there are just the same as HoloLens, etc
Heard they're not doing too well internally.
Stay away its vaporware
What is their stock at? Any private or company buy backs?
They raised money on a revolutionary idea, then couldn't get that to work, and they are now selling something very similar to MS HoloLens, which is very expensive and limited. Digilens has much better technology and they could have much lower cost.
Is the official title going to be in all caps? That'd be a deal breaker if it was not. Jokes aside, how much are the options worth?
