experience with gallup and stryker

can anyone give their experience with taking a gallup personality test and/or working at stryker?

Pretty much they just want to hear that you're a type A personality (look up what traits that encompasses) and examples of it. Really stupid interview process as you can just make stuff up

I am in a company that was acquired by Stryker. They do Strengthfinders - apparently I've heard that if you don't have Woo in your top 5, don't join the Sales team. It seems they value certain "Strengths" over others to determine your fit to a team/org. Had a co-worker who came in as tech with a bachelor's degree in engineering but failed the Gallup so couldn't get promoted into an engineering role. Also, 401k matching happens in a lump in March not with each paycheck.

Yes, they will train you with help of a HR. Must listen carefully to what HR suggests you, there are some video of Gallup in the YouTube.
