c3.ai salary

I have an interview with the hiring manager and VP of engineering next week and during that time I need to even mention what is my expected salary. It is a Senior Software Engineer position. My current TC 200k and I have a competing offer for 260k. I think I will target TC 300k, is that reasonable? Can I expect higher? Any suggestions will be helpful.

    Well it's a startup still so a lot of paper money - you'll have to exclude that in TC. Assuming that you aren't jumping the gun and those are the end interviews - 300k + is definitely fine - but idk how c3 is doing to see if you'll get a dank base - which you should ask for....
