Snowflake: base 170k, rsu 400k (vest over 4 yrs), no signing bonus. Heard there’s practically no annual rsu refresher.
Tencent: base 180k, rsu 640k (vest over 4 yrs), signing 10k. Concerned about culture.
Both are same level and location. Both have 15% target annual bonus.
Location: SF bay area
YOE: 7
