Snowflake vs Tencent Offers
Hi all, thoughts on the two Senior Developer offers below? Snowflake: base 170k, rsu 400k (vest over 4 yrs), no signing bonus. Heard there’s practically no annual rsu refresher. Tencent: base 180k, rsu 640k (vest over 4 yrs), signing 10k. Concerned about culture. Both are same level and location. Both have 15% target annual bonus. snowflake offer looks pretty low even for ic3. levels gives you an average of around 390k while this is just about 300k. when i was talking to them, they were very specific in trying to find out how much i think i am worth before coming up with their numbers which sorta felt sleazy. i would recommend not to take snowflake atleast at these numbers

270K TC for senior at snowflake?? I thought new grads there made almost that much
