Meta E4 vs Google L5

I am currently L63 at Microsoft. Have Job offers from below: Google India: L5 -> TC- 1.4 cr for first year (56.5base, 15% bonus, 228k stocks(38% first year), 10 JB) Meta London: E4 -> TC not shared yet. I have asked my meta recruiter, that I am already L63 for couple of years and have offer for L5 at Google. But she did sent my packet for approval-> which was approved for E4 agai. She said she will try to ask for follow up interview once more for E5. Please tell me, Should I straightaway reject E4 role or wait for compensation first. Also, googlers, please tell me how are stock refreshers for l5 in India #google #microsoft #meta #googleindia #metalondon #tech

Meta is for London right? Unless you want to transfer to US after one year, the effective money you would save in India will be more with 1.4 cr. Unless meta offer is really good

Would recommend Google L5 as offer from Meta even with L5 would be around 200K GBP which compared to 1.4 Cr would not be much. I got both of these offers 2 years back and choose Google L5 over Meta L5. But only caveat is that promotions at Google are very slow .

ok. Don't you think, refreshers wise, meta E5 was better. my friends at e5 are getting 190k refresher every year for Meet expectations

How was your interview experience for Meta? Were the coding questions from Leetcode tagged? Was there any hard question or just 2 mediums?

Don’t down level yourself, specially as you have L5 offer from google. Getting promoted is hard in any company. Money you will make eventually. Under leveling gives lot of mental pressure if you don’t grow fast. Type of work you will get will also effects due to level. You can reinterview meta in one year for E5 or wait for 2 or 3 year then try E6 at meta.
