Annual increment at Arcesium?
What is the usual annual hike we get on base? And any bump in annual bonus? Or update in LTI? What about other tech firms? MY YOE 1 BASE 13.5 + BONUS 2-3 +LTI (1 L) TC: 16.5 #arcesium #hike
Yeah. Yoy hike varies a lot in Arcesium. Totally performance dependent. I have heard as low as 7% to as high as 36% at Yoe ~3
It depends i have seen people gettimg 3 perc. hike in base and as well as 37 perc hike in base. So yeah!
Those seem like 2 extremes. Any median data available?
Yeah anything in between. There is no mediam perse.
