I’m about to join Broadcom via the VMware acquisition and would like to understand the amount of RSU refreshers Broadcom grants to ICB6 annually and how they decide on it Current TC: 370 New TC: 510 at current valuation

1. Are we certain that the acquisition will go through? 2. ICB6 is golden in Broadcom. 500 shares refresher when the stock price was $600 last year.

I've only been here about 18 months. My refresh was $20,000 over 4 years...
VMW never gave good refreshers. This acquisition in a way it’s good. Can someone from BCOM confirm the average refreshers every year and vesting schedule?
Like someone said ~90% of your base + bonus yearly. Sometimes the company gives you multi-year grant. Then , your refresh amount is fixed for next year or more. Multi year grant give advantage to employees if stock price keep going up. Our CEO is an engineer. He looks after us :)
