anyone heard anything about this company? im considering working for them but i have heard bad things about their business and that they treat employees really bad.
As someone who’s been in ad tech a few years, wouldn’t leave Uber for ad tech unless you’re going to F or G. Attribution is a tough field. At this point anyone meaningful in mobile app marketing has an attribution partner and isn’t likely switching. Also especially wouldn’t join an internationally HQ’d ad tech company at a satellite office (unless you’re joining in Israel). I had a couple friends who worked there. Both left within 18 months. Don’t have details but I know one didn’t have a great experience, the other I’m not sure.
Israeli companies are tough to work for. They tend to favor their own for promotions/positions and frugal to a point of hurting morale. I wouldn’t do it. That’s not to mention adtech is consolidating and stagnant
They're the market leader in mobile app attribution. Total comp much lower than F/G/A/A/U/ etc.
Why would you leave Uber for them?
