To all folks doing EB1-B thru employer. Should i pay for PP or not ($2500)? Frogmen says doesn’t affect approval chances but i am skeptical. Profile when filed in july - 305 citations, 1 PC membership, 10+ papers and 25+ reviews. Currently 2 more papers and 336 citations. But processing time for NSC (since employer in in NYC) increased to 16 months! EDIT- i have one eb1-A denial on my case. Would that change your opinion? When i did eb1A i had 249 citations. EDIT 2- if you select NO, can you comment why? #workvisa #gc #eb1b
How do you have that many papers? Do you have a PhD?
For people who said No , can you comment why?
Why would you wait ages when you can get an answer in 15 days ?
do PP, it's much more faster, 2500 is only a fraction of your weekly tc
Shouldn’t affect my chances of approval? Have you done it?
it won't affect your chances. it's the same exact review process, you pay for not having to wait for the ones submitted before you. I did it and got approval within 8 days.
Your profile looks great, I wonder why you had EB1A rejection earlier? What’s your research area and which 3 criteria’s did you mention that you satisfy while applying.
They rejected me for major significance criteria. Approved my publication and peer review criteria. Usually independent citations count is used for this My lawyer says IO was shit! They have 100 cases a month but never got any approved by this officer. His id shows in rfe letter. Victoria chen was my lawyer
Was this at NSC or TSC?
UPDATE: i paid for PP. Now fingers crossed! Thanks for the advice
Good luck! How long did it take to prepare for the application? And Fragomen mention anything about your prior application?
Took them about 2 months e2e but they had my entire eb1a petition so pretty much all the required material. Also, not much! They said if 2/3 are satisfied in eb1a that’s all we need for eb1b. Fingers crossed!
🍆
Did you get approval?
