What are different levels,their designation and their yoe requirements in Ivanti India ? What is appropriate level and TC for 16+ yoe ? Current Tc 77 L Offered TC 86.5L Update : After negotiating , offer was increased to 1 cr. This data may serve as good data point to others as i don't see many sr yoe tc I'm Blind Yoe 16 + Thanks #ivanti

Staff - 8 to 13 yrs Senior Staff - 13 to 16 Principal - 16 to 20 Senior Principal - 20+ These are not the hard ranges but I have seen people there with similar experiences sitting at these roles. You have option to try for principal role as well, but it depends on your interview and job requirement. Anyway this is for which team if you know? Also what is the breakup of offered ctc?
The CTC looks good. Whats your designation as it does matter too. Believe you might have joined too :)
May be he has joined as Senior Principal role, as recently Ivanti has removed Sr Staff role and make it Principal role Btw whats your ctc and which role? Mine is 58L with staff role
At what stage you are. I had marginal lower CTC than you, Ivanti recruiter declined to proceed to interview based on ctc
