came across this app. hows it? anyone tried investing there?

I think app is great for real estate investment just like robinhood for equities. I started using it 2 months back so not that old there.

Performance is similar to what youā€™d expect from REIT, 7% net of fees in 2019, which is decent.

Got my first payout, right into my bank account. Invested in November so wasn't a full quarter payout. But happy so far. I plan to invest more soon, between fundrise and holdfolio
