DE bands are significantly higher (close to SDE) than BIE. Example: upper band for L6 DE in Bay / NYC = 474k or 475k upper band for L6 BIE in Bay / Nyc = 287k or 288k
How likely is the transition from DE to DS or from BIE to DS ?
Internal role change usually require 1> Interview and/or 2> Delivering projects in the new role. Work wise, DE work can be much closer to SDE work than DS. Some part of BIE and DS work scope can be same.
Can anyone from India share the compensation range for L4 BIE, DE and DS ?
