Is this enough weight for bench press
I have an upcoming interview for a Security TPM role with AWS WWRO org but would like to know people's experience working or interviewing with this org and role. I read some bad reviews about the org in the past but want to know if things are better now or the reviews are probably just on a case by case basis. YOE - 3 TC - 132 #AWS #WWRO #AWSTPM
What's the interview format? Is there a system design round?
Yet to interview. Not sure exactly about the format
I interviewed for that role, declined the offer. I think the hiring team has unrealistic expectations…
Security in (what once was) WWRO is under a relatively new director. Seems like a nice guy. Not a bad team, IMO
It's a lot better now that the useless VP and his attack dogs got kicked out :)
I interviewed with another org that's supposedly less toxic and found the experience TERRIBLE.
Wow, did you decline the offer too?
OP, replied to your message
Awful org. Know the leadership principles regardless of role.
I don't have any personal experience with AWS, and I like to keep it that way!
Thanks for the valuable input
Thanks everyone for the input. Just curious to know also what salary expectations should be for this role L5 position based in Seattle. I gave my number as 330k TC but the recruiter says 230k is the max they can do and final offer may even be less. Personally I don't think that's good enough but what do y'all think?
