I have heard pretty bad stuff about the CEO and company being sales driven. I have an interview scheduled them. Wanted to know if it is still bad to work with? Will it go IPO ever? What is the TC like for senior software engineer? Current TC: 193k

Very toxic Including Head of HR who has zero experience
Biggest joke of a company, entire management team literally walked away from Ted in a few months except the European HR guy who was being sponsored. It started with the CRO, CLO, CFO, CPO, head of engineering and the head of data science and all the good Sales Management team that left within a few months because of Ted’s toxic if not mentally unstable behavior. Board should be ashamed and the LP’s should be asking questions as to why Ted was allowed to destroy the value of the company.
