I am wondering what are the PTO benefits during the first year. Also, what are the medical leave terms? Anything good or bad I should know?
You don’t want all you can drink coffee.
Complete hiring freeze right now as far as I know. PTO first year is 3 weeks medical leave like having a kid I’m not totally sure I think 6 weeks? But I’d have to check
Thank you for the heads up
Please dm?
PTO benefits are 3 weeks for the first 5 years. FMLA pay is 60% I believe. Overall, it has above average bennys
I read they do offer STD. Is that 12 weeks? How about maternity?
Referral dm?
Check out Dunkin Donuts.
Im a SINK who doesn’t want kids so I haven’t checked in awhile but women usually get/take 6 months off - men can take paternity leave of 4 months. I don’t think it’s fully paid a possibly at FMLA 60% levels. One thing not mentioned that’s way better than other places - 401k match is the full first 5% with no requirements to put in more than that. And it’s vested right away/don’t have to stay a certain amount of time to keep the vest.
I know it's not right place. But, Can I DM you for referrals?
Curious. What’s your profile? Isn’t Apple better than Starbucks in for long term SWE career, pay prospects, stability, etc.?
Going from one company that sells overpriced product to another one...nice
Let’s be honest, USA is over priced.
