Does anyone use any free Project Management Tools in their personal lives? My HOA is a disaster (go figure) and I really wish we had a simple project management tool (like workfront or asana) that could track all our projects/tasks/communications that have to get done… Ideally free for up to 5 users and easy to use (for the elderly gen xers). (Cost I know is the hard part of the ask) We currently use use email and Google Drive, and every email chain spirals off topic or some stakeholders just don’t respond. A tool won’t fix those problems, but would at least help us stay organized…
Sounds like Trello might work for you. Used it for years to manage life stuff before joining Atlassian.

That’s the dream. But my condo has turned out to be a good investment (and place to live) dispite the disorganized crew. The big learnings for me have been: understand reserve studies before you buy, and read the minutes to try to how easy / hard it is to get projects done…
