What's the best way to remote access your work computer? You can't install things like TeamViewer or VNC because of access restrictions and monitoring. How do I get around this?

How much space/money do you have for hardware? I bought a used Raritan KVM-over-IP box on ebay for <$60, got enough cables for the number of systems I have (at home, so not many) and am just gonna roll with it. There are still other similar deals out there.
It's a work computer... extremely limited and highly monitored... how do I do that?
You work at a bank, they want you to be secure.. and as the googler below pointed out, you could lose your job if they catch you. Maybe you could use the guest WiFi for when you need to remotely access your home computer.
