All other EVs are done for. These companies are making spectacular cars at a fraction of the price. Had a chance to ride a few of them during my trip to China. Makes teslas look extremely bad. I don’t like EVs. I like my gas cars and my GT3. But if you want an EV and are not looking to go for the luxury segment (spectre, taycan) these are by far the best. I don’t see how Tesla can survive.
🤡
EV market is shrinking. They probably will end up fighting each other in China.
I don’t think you can retrofit EVs to old factories. It requires new ways of thinking. The Chinese companies are doing. EVs are brain dead simple to make over legacy cars. It’s all about making the process super cheap and fully automated
Growth is slowing, but it’s not shrinking, Sir. Let’s adhere to the world of facts, please.
They’ll make it to the U.S. in about 10 years.
volvo ex30 is chinese
do you trust these cars with data security?
Not any less than I would trust Elon.
🤡 I'll just leave this here: https://www.reuters.com/technology/tesla-workers-shared-sensitive-images-recorded-by-customer-cars-2023-04-06/
lol. The biggest issue with Chinese electronics, cars or anything for that matter is reliability and product life. You can’t run car and electronics industries like fast fashion. That is a short term fad that will pass.
Don't they fall apart after 2k miles?
Getting the name of the company that you think will take over Tesla's dominance would be a good start. "Xiaomi"
Where did you try it?
Avatr is awesome as well. Really, why would anyone buy a Tesla when a Chinese EV is available? I love my Model Y but I would get an Avatr 11 in a heartbeat.
Sure but they don’t sell them in the US so it’s moot
I think they will set up Mexico factories. The entire process is fully automated so it doesn’t even need labor to make a car.
Why don’t they? Can’t they, or are they choosing not to for tactical reasons?
