What CTC to expect for EPAM Systems India (Pune) Lead Data Engineer?

Currently being interviewed for Lead/Senior Data Engineer. After first HR screening call, they have asked for my expectations. Any idea about what number to tell them? Current CTC - 36 LPA (33 LPA base + 3L bonus) YOE - 10+ Role - Lead Data Engineer Note - this year appraisal is overdue! With this year appraisal, I am going to get 40+ LPA at my current workplace, so expecting 30% for switch, which will be minimum 50 LPA.
