Citi SVP Salary NYC
Was looking to switch jobs and was wondering if it is worth the hassle! Director at UBS! Base 190k Tc maybe 195-200k What does citi offer to svp .. base plus what else? #salary
I believe it’s more than $200k
Tech or finance. Finance svp TC is north of 600k.

Tech SVP role has base $256K and $50K max bonus (fixed for the first year). Do not settle for anything less. The bonus varies from year 2. I am not making up these numbers. And do not believe what a recruiter says. They will push you to get lower base claiming they need room for salary increase for the next year. 401k match is pretty good. Health insurance premium is more than it should be.
A friend who is an svp analyst told me they dint budge more than 225k for him! Not a great friend and not sure if he would share true numbers so trying this forum!
I stand by my numbers. Seen them. Do not accept less unless you are desperate.
250-260K is the top end of the bracket. Not impossible if they want you and you negotiate hard. 230ish very doable. Seen the numbers myself.
Life outside of tech is very measured!
