My initial offers included signing bonuses of $0 for L7 at G and $75k for M1 at FB. TC was hard to compare due to different sign-ons, refreshers, and stock vesting schedules, so I looked at average annual comp over first four years. G was $615k and FB was $680k. Salaries were $240k for both, but more stock, sign on, and refresh more than made up for the 5% lower bonus. So, for an M2 at FB, I would think well over $700k should be possible.
