When did Cisco become Netflix without the generous severance package? Did you bang somebody you weren't supposed to bang?
We’re not the Netflix — and the severance package is like 4 months pay, so I’d say it’s pretty generous. Cisco has also many, many open reqs and have been trying to fill them during our LR, so look there. If you got fired for bad performance, then I dunno what to tell ya
Firing a young grad in 5 mo is pretty fast though. He must have been not doing any work at all.
