Microsoft or Audible
I need to make a choice by today. Microsoft is for Office 365 Info Protection and Audible is for Data Engineering. YOE : almost 3 yrs. Microsoft TC : $175 (base 120, sign $ 30, rsu 25 per year) Audible TC : $217 (base 140, sign on 52, rsu 25 per year) Which should I choose? Edit : Microsoft is in WA, Audible is in NJ Edit: Audible bumped their pay to another $22K

O365 is NOT that bad. Very well funded group, very good promo opportunity if you perform well. Major job security & great wlb. MS all the way. Although id say ask for more stock,

Audible has a great engineering culture from what I've heard. When thinking of money, also consider how the healthcare contributions are. I would guess MS covers more of the premiums cost than Audible/Amazon.
