Hi I am well rounded and have 19 years of experience in US. I am currently a senior manager and manage the entire marketing stack from marketing automation to websites to analytics and engineering basically I am acting as a senior TPM I have a very small team that I mange and keep the lights on for our systems. I have been at my current job for almost 9 years and would like to explore outside. I keep myself updated. This year I set on a path to have interviews and at least score 1 job offer. I did at least 4 phone call interviews and 2 onsite which went to the last round. I interviewed in auto desk and service now. Service Now seemed to me that I would definitely get in as I went to the VP round, but later got rejected. I am wondering where am I going wrong. FAANG interviews does not come so easily but when they come I get shot down. Did one with Facebook on last year on coderpad, but seems the person was arrogant and did not give me a chance to explain. So I am not understanding where am I failing. Can someone dm me and look at my profile in LinkedIn and see where am I going wrong? Just need some guidance. Thanks I am not getting to much views even after I applied to several jobs on LinkedIn.
It's numbers game. I probably applied for 100 jobs before I got through to interviews and eventually offers. Just keep trying you'll get there
Thanks
Not enough data. These numbers are normal. Keep trying, you’re close to an offer.
Sorry if I missed the data, were you looking for anything in particular.
By data I just mean you haven’t interviewed enough places to show a trend. Keep at it.

Real talk: in what way private schools are better than public in nyc?
You got to level up technically and behaviorally. I'd say a good way to make it is to first go to a mid tier company like Amazon and then try FA(pple)NG. Amazon interviews are behavioral and you'll have no trouble breezing though them.
Thanks I tried at Amazon as well for the behavioral and got rejected although never got a feedback as to why.
Next year then
