Longtime manager here. Suggestions in no particular order. Be super polite and punctual at all meetings. Ask questions and indicate that you’re taking notes. Look for other roles in the company. Look outside the company, too. It sucks and this won’t be the last time it happens. Be resilient.
Yoi should have a 1:1 doc where you are capturing notes for each meeting. Impact, feedback, etc
