UPDATE: Several people offered referrals. It is only the beginning of a beginning, as still neither employment nor housing is secured. I received support in ways I did not expect and am grateful to everyone who reached out. I mildly edited the post for better clarity. I have received an offer and signed a contract for a Cybersecurity Analyst position at Deloitte. After I accepted the offer, it was taken away the next day. I had no other offers on the table. My landlord threatened to evict me on the 31st of May unless I prove that the job was explicitly rescinded due to the COVID-19. Neither managers who interviewed me, nor HR agreed to give me any written statement. I am waiting to be asked to leave my apartment any minute now, and my only option to not become homeless is a bed in female shelter. I am a fresh grad with most friends and family living abroad. I have seen the news about layoffs at Deloitte today. Maybe someone here could help me or suggest what to do.

Get a lawyer. I don't know where you are based, but I don't think it's legal (in most of the US) for a landlord to simply break into your apartment and throw you out. In NY for example, only the county sheriff can do that. If the landlord is physically harassing you, file a police report. Don't expect Deloitte to help. You were never their employee. Why would they provide written statement? "Friends and family lives elsewhere" - elsewhere as in a different city or a different country? Don't enter homeless shelter. That's a slippery slope.
This is good advice, thank you. Yet as a fresh grad I cannot afford a lawyer. My close friends and family live in Europe, borders are closed and I cannot return. I understand even a signed offer does not guarantee anything, but an e-mail saying that the hiring freeze is due to the pandemic would help. I have two master's degrees in economics and cs from top-10 schools, and facing now the threat of homelessness in the early 20s does feel like I would never make it.
Where are you located? SF for example, the mayor bans all residential eviction during sip. There are also free legal services available.
