My friend(yoe 2.8) has gotten offer from Kotak and Coursera. Coursera(India) - Remote TC: ~55(40 base, 11 stocks) Kotak - GGN Hybrid Yet to come but will definitely match coursera and can easily reach 60. Which one do you all suggest she should join and please share your reasoning if possible. #coursera #kotak# Current TC - 40lpa (yoe - 3.5)
