Qubole in India
Just switched jobs. Currently in working as SDE1 @ Swiggy. Would like to plan for one or two years down the line for an SDE2 switch maybe. How much does Qubole pay for an SDE2 for a lateral hire ? Edited : YOE ~2, TC = 22L base + 2.2L JB + 12L esops vesting 25% each year for 4 years
