I have a year of consulting experience at Deloitte where my role heavily involved cross functional team collaboration during an ERP implementation project, reading code during functional specification creation, and data analysis via Alteryx to ensure trade compliance. I have 2 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager at IBM where I have spent time writing and reading code as part of the debugging process for clients when their software solutions aren’t running correctly and giving product demonstrations for the next upgrade in the lifecycle, as well as more cross functional collaboration as I worked with various stakeholders on the client’s account to ensure that the correct product was being recommended and implemented according to their needs.
