Reddit IPO?

Anyone else grabbing some pre-IPO shares between $31-34? I should have 1K shares coming via E*Trade/MS. Thoughts on the $6B valuation? This seems like a big roll of the dice on the 3/21 listing date. šŸ‘€šŸæ#investments

I thought 6b was pretty good, but itā€™ll probably open at a big pop. Whatā€™s their Ttm revenue and growth?

With them having a non-traditional issuance, those that are interested potentially have early access via Robinhood and SoFI, so Iā€™m wondering if this absorbs Day 1 retail demand. As for financials, check their S1 for details. They do $1B in rev. I feel user growth & engagement might be more relevant than their dev growth, as theyā€™re still figuring out monetization.

I asked because I donā€™t want to check the s1 lol! I wonā€™t be buying until the noise settles after ipo lockup. Iā€™d guess they donā€™t have much room for user growth. So engagement and revenue growth are likely the key levers. Hence the question about rev growth

I am shorting it the first chance i get

Haha šŸ˜‚ - typically you canā€™t short newly listed stocks; but these user issued shares can be dumped (no holding period).

That's why we said the first chance we get. Companies don't offer direct to consumer stock unless desperate
