How is it? I have a recruiter call soon and then a technical. The OA was super easy (2 lc easy-mediums that took 12 mins). Is the technical harder than the OA? What qualities are they looking for in the recruiter interview? I rarely get past resume screens so I am going full try hard on this. I am a big fan of the company in general and interested in distributed systems. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

When did you apply and when did you get the OA?
Applied maybe a week ago. Got the OA yesterday. Got the email to schedule the recruiter interview a couple hours after doing the OA. Seems to be a really fast process. Only 2 interviews, the recruiter and one technical.
