Got an offer Energy Support System Engineer. New TC: 150k base. 200k equity. No bonus Current TC: 135k base. 32k bonus. 135k equity. Not sure if i should take this new offer since i’m not really loving my amazon job that much now and i felt like i have zero grow and promotion path is so unclear. If anyone had experience working at tesla please give me some advice. #offer #tesla
Looks like Tesla shaky this year for any growth. May be anytime unexpected layoffs in car business ( EV slowing down) I am guessing if you are on any visa.
Take that Tesla equity that 200k will be millions
